2.Logos

• Clients are entitled to logo design revisions based on the number specified in their selected package.
• Timely feedback is required within three (3) business days of receiving each revision.

3.Ownership of Work

• Once the final details have been finalized and full payment is made, full ownership rights are transferred to the client.

If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a full refund. However, cybertechitservices.com will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client communication or feedback.

3.Client Inactivity

If you fail to provide the required project information or instructions within 7 days of the assignment, the amount paid will become non-refundable.

4.15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Web Design Projects)

For newly designed websites, we offer a 15-day partial refund policy. If your website is live and you are dissatisfied with the services, a partial refund may be issued, provided this condition was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please note that renegotiations after the project has commenced will not be entertained.
